NATIVE CATALYST PIPELINE™

One Pipeline. Three Pillars. A K-Through-Career Architecture Built for Native Communities.

The Native Catalyst Pipeline™ is not a collection of standalone programs, it is a deliberately designed educational architecture that meets Native learners at every stage of their journey. A student can enter in elementary school, high school, or as a working adult entering the workforce; in every case, they are stepping into the same tribal economic framework, building toward the same destination: financial fluency grounded in tribal law, federal trust relationships, and the long-game thinking of the Seven Generations Principle. Every pillar was designed with the others in mind, and every entry point delivers immediate value, wherever a learner begins.

NATIONAL SCOPE

The Native Catalyst Pipeline™ is designed to serve Native communities across the United States and to do so with the specificity each community deserves.

American Indian Tribes

For American Indian Tribes, the pipeline navigates the sovereign authority of tribal law, federal trust relationships, and treaty-defined rights that shape every financial decision, the government-to-government relationships and trust lands of the Lower 48 and state-recognized tribes.

Alaska Native Villages & Corporations

For Alaska Native Villages and Corporations, it honors the unique intersection of tribal governance and corporate structure established under ANCSA — a legal reality unlike any other in the country, requiring its own tribal application.

Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Island Communities

For Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Island Communities, it integrates western financial standards with traditional resource stewardship and the distinct legal frameworks that define trust and covenant relationships, recognizing that economic self-determination takes many forms, and that each deserves an education system built for its specific legal reality.

One framework. Three distinct applications. Built to travel.

Native Catalyst App

Financial awareness begins early or it begins too late. The Native Catalyst App is being developed to bring tribal financial concepts into elementary classrooms through an immersive simulation game, planting the roots of financial fluency in a format that feels like play. Designed so that students who move on to high school arrive with a culturally grounded foundation already in place, not a blank slate inherited from curricula that were never built for them.

GRADES 9–12

Tribal Personal Finance + Seven Generations (TPF+7G™)

For the first time, Native high school students have access to a personal finance course built around their actual legal world. TPF+7G™ is the only accredited and transcriptable personal finance course designed specifically for Native students covering trust funds, tribal tax structures, multi-jurisdictional compliance, guided by the Seven Generations Principle in a credit-bearing course that prepares graduates for both higher education and active roles in tribal economic life. No prior pipeline experience required.

HIGH SCHOOL & BEYOND

Natives into Finance™

Preparation without a pathway is an incomplete promise. Natives into Finance™ bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional career, connecting students and young adults to credentialing pathways, mentorship networks, and career entry points that keep financial expertise inside the community. Like every pillar in the pipeline, it is designed to deliver value wherever a learner enters.

The journey and the network

The pipeline is built around two ideas working in tandem. The first is a journey — a visible, navigable progression from financial literacy to professional mastery that gives every Native learner a clear path forward, not just a series of disconnected programs. The second is a network — a growing community of Native financial professionals, including tax practitioners, insurance agents, investment advisors, and Certified Financial Planner™ whose careers are both the goal of the pipeline and proof that the goal is achievable. Every learner who moves through the pipeline is moving toward both.
