CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection for children. To inquire about or register for a Native Catalyst™ program, you must be a parent or guardian, teacher, or authorized school official.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Our enrollment inquiry forms include a required confirmation in which the submitting adult confirms they are a parent or guardian completing the form on behalf of a student — not the student themselves. If you are under 13, stop and have your parent, guardian, or teacher continue.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We collect geolocation information, browser information, customer IP address (this is the Internet Protocol address, the unique identifying number assigned to every device connected to the internet), browser type, pages visited, session duration, and general usage patterns.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We store the information submitted via website forms or direct contact for internal relationship and program management and do not share your information with other parties, except to fulfil the program or service request. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website.
WEB BEACONS AND TRACKING PIXELS
We use web beacons and tracking pixels. These are tiny, often invisible, pieces of code or transparent images embedded in a webpage or email to collect data about user activity, like whether a message was opened or a page was viewed. They track behavior for analytics, advertising, and campaign measurement. When loaded, they send data

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
“Claim” is anything related to this Privacy Policy or access to or use of the Native Catalyst website, excluding the purchase or rental of items. Claims based on gross negligence of or intentional conduct by Native Catalyst are not included. Included in “Claims” are state and federal law claims based on common law torts, including privacy and unfair business practices, and those based on statutes or regulations. The liability of Native Catalyst for Claims based on events prior to customer’s consent to these terms is limited to $100. The liability of Native Catalyst for Claims based on events after customer’s consent to these terms is limited to $150. Any Claim must be brought within one year of its occurrence, regardless of when the Claim was discovered.
INTERPRETATION
There are no express or implied representations, warranties, or inducements, except as set forth. Any uncertainty will not be interpreted based on attribution of drafting. Section headings are for reference only and do not control the meaning. If any provision is held invalid, all other provisions remain.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy is governed by California law, except its choice of law. The place for performance by Native Finance Development Corporation is Vista, California. Suit must be brought in San Diego County, California. You consent to jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.
