LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE PLAN
Language Assistance Plan
Native Finance Development Corporation — Adopted June 2026
OUR COMMITMENT
Native Finance Development Corporation and Native Catalyst™ are committed to providing meaningful access to all our programs and services to individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). We believe that language should never be a barrier to financial education, coaching, or other programs and resources.
This Language Assistance Plan (LAP) describes how we identify the language needs of the communities we serve and how we provide language assistance, free of charge, to individuals who need it. This plan is consistent with the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Executive Order 13166.
THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE
Native Finance Development Corporation and Native Catalyst™ serve tribal communities across the U.S. Many community members we serve may speak languages other than English, including Spanish and tribal languages, as their primary language.
